The mission of Texas Cemetery Restoration is to provide exceptional conservation, preservation and restoration services to individuals and cemetery associations for their cemetery and monument restoration projects.
Our Business
Almost all of our work is done onsite at the cemetery, rarely are monuments removed from the cemetery for preservation. This is to ensure that the monuments are not exposed to any more risk from handling and transporting than is necessary.
We have over 20 years experience in monument conservation.

About the owner
My name is James "Rusty" Brenner and I am the owner and craftsperson of Texas Cemetery Restoration. I started in the monument preservation business while working with my father at his monument company in Crockett, Texas as a teenager. I fell in love with visiting old cemeteries, photographing old tombstones, and learning about the history of the people who settled this land and made it home. When I was about nineteen years old I decided that someone needed to preserve the beautiful monuments that memorialized our ancestors. And so Texas Cemetery Restoration was born. I am excited for the future of monument preservation and I hope that I can help you with your cemetery preservation project.
